firefox can't resize browser

68.0.1 (64-bit) Windows 10 Laptop Had this issue for a few days

This worked fine in the past. All my settings in W10 allow snap / resize.

Use Windows logo button + arrow keys (left / right) to resize / snap windows quickly. This doesn't work for firefox. All other apps, including Chrome works fine.

Also, I can't manually stretch the browser borders. It's frozen.
