firefox 62 locks up computer windows 8, firefox not responding, web pages not loading with yellow bar popping up. mouse pointer does not move.

I have a problem where I get popups for things that I don't want at times, so those are blocked such as your-superprise62.live, that and others pop up when doing a google search, and none of the antivirus, malware, or anything else finds a problem. Said was a program to make firefox work better and shows up as an add, but never clicked on it far as I can remember. Always closed that tab when it opened and flushed the stored pages etc from firefox. I often have a problem looking past the first page on ebay and other sites, as firefox locks up and even with one tab open still will not load the next page. Also when scrolling down I get a yellow bar at the top saying a page is causing the browser to not load even if it is the page that I am on, and asks if I want to stop or abort. Does not really matter how many tabs are open but more tabs increase the problems, and windows is most likely part of the problem as the limited connectivity is insane, even with the signal at maximum, and when going to the command prompt and pinging various sites there is no problem. That is other than programs loading on top of windows.

I have been running those programs on my system for sometime, as I have Malwarebytes and I am paying for that, have run the scan tool, Norton 360, add block plus, Ghostry, Siteblock, and others and it still popped up. I have also ran other programs as well and still did not stop till I setup siteblock with enough so that it can't get to me, and I am blocked from going to some sites that I used to use that were helpful such as drugs.org so that I can know what I am being prescribed in ways that other sites that are monitized through adds do not tell me. I am thinking that my problems are both with windows and various things in firefox.
