Why, after loading myuhc.com is it frozen, cannot search for content, and have to close using Task Manager?
Very recently, I am forced to use Internet Explorer or Chrome to load myuhc.com. I have no problem with any other website, including another UnitedHealthcare site. The tech personnel at this website told me to switch to Chrome. I had an old IE loaded, so I use that. Do you know of something I can tell them if I call them back?

I tried the link and had no problem.
Make sure you are not blocking content.
Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.
A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
