I do not get the same screens shown is Firefox help
I wanted to clear my history. What support showed was not the same as what I saw. I clicked on the 3 bars, clicked on Library and all I get is a list, not a window. It doesn't allow me to see how to set up bookmark folders, it's just a long, long list. I cannot customize Firefox. I'm not getting the options.

Yes you can take a screenshot of a drop down menu, but that's a matter for a separate discussion.
It isn't clear all that you wish to do, but here goes: I wanted to clear my history. - Go to the toolbar at the top of your browser window and click History. Then click Clear Recent History. Select the time range to clear, confirm what you wish to do and click Clear Now.
What support showed was not the same as what I saw. I clicked on the 3 bars, clicked on Library and all I get is a list, not a window. - At the bottom of that list window, you'll see "Show All History", and you can proceed to Select All and delete.
It doesn't allow me to see how to set up bookmark folders, it's just a long, long list. - In the Library View just click Organize, then click New Folder.
I cannot customize Firefox. I'm not getting the options. - Please explain what other customization options you're searching for.

What kind of history do you want to clear? Is that about the browsing history or also about other history like cookies or cache?
Did you look in "Library -> History" or in the History menu?
- you can tap the Alt key or press the F10 key to show the hidden Menu Bar temporarily
