Disable dragging of content from different domains within a window

I want disable dragging content from different Firefox domains within a browser window.

Or that you can drag an image for example from the browser to the desktop. I have tried with the preference: layout.accessiblecaret.allow_dragging_across_other_caret false but does not change this behavior. I'd appreciate your help.

Your screen shot shows Android reference but are you talking about a Windows O/S environment here?

My screenshot is Windows and the question also, that's where I have the problem that I can not solve.

My reason for disabling this feature is for security. Avoid dragging content within the same window to the desktop and wanted to know if there is an option in the configuration to avoid this situation.
