How to prevent this "web push" from entering my computer

I have no use for this "web push" stuff and do not want it in my PC. I am getting to damned much crap being auto loaded in to my PC and considering my age, 92, and my cognition declining I am satisfied with my PC as it is I do not need or want all of these " night-time insertions of what I consider garbage coming up on my monitor. How can I block this new one "Web Push"

You can set dom.push.enabled to false on the about:config page to disable Push notifications.

You can open the about:config page via the location/address bar. You can accept the warning and click "I'll be careful" to continue.
