Getting "The request was blocked for security reasons" error during Firefox account password change?

From https://accounts.firefox.com/settings/change_password , I get a "The request was blocked for security reasons" error after I try to enter old and new passwords for my Firefox account. Old password still works, new password doesn't. What do I need to do to resolve this?
