You mean on www.mozilla.org/firefox/all/ ?

The Windows is 32-bit Firefox and the Windows 64-bit is well for 64-bit Windows 7, 8, 10.

The Win64 Firefox only has 64-bit Flash Player and Silverlight Plugins white listed to run so if you want to use other Plugins in Firefox on Windows then use the 32-bit Firefox and 32-bit Plugins.
