I have error message when start firefox on my PC with Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 x64. This problem came about a week ago.

I try reinstall Firefox, but the problem recurs.
I can start firefox only if set compatibility Windows XP SP3 in link options.

If you have submitted crash reports then please post the IDs of one or more recent crash reports that start with "bp-":

- Click the "All Crash Reports" button on this page to open the about:crashes page and see all crash reports.

I have not any submitted crash reports. And I have not any report files in directory C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Crash Reports\ When I start Firefox without compatibility Windows XP SP3 I have windows error message but not Firefox Crash Reporter message.

Try to start Firefox in Safe Mode by holding down the Shift/Options key to see if that works.
Boot the computer in Windows Safe Mode with network support (press F8 on the boot screen) to see if that helps.
Do a malware check with several malware scanning programs on the Windows computer.
Please scan with all programs because each program detects different malware. All these programs have free versions.
Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of their databases before doing a scan.
