Firefox would only use a previously used profile folder if that user would use the same Windows account. It is always best to give each user their own Windows user account and protect your own account with a password if you are concerned about privacy issues.
You can use the Profile Manager to remove the profile folder and all the files.

Removing or uninstalling Firefox doesn't remove the Profile folder where passwords and bookmarks are saved. Firefox is supposed to use an existing Profile when it is reinstalled - it is made to do that. Clearing history, cookies etc doesn't affect it - those are different types of "data", unaffected by using "Clear Recent History".
Thanks, please suggest a way to get rid of my profile so that sensitive data is not shared.I assumed such data is linked to my account when I sign-in on Mozilla browser and should not have appeared to others as they can't sign-in.Moreover, favorite links and bookmarks also appear to other users without me signing-in.Please advise.
