I am not able to copy and past page links into emails. how can I rectify this problem?

I have version 11.0. I have tried to send page links via email groups that I belong to. It is now very difficult to get that link copied or pasted into a new document. This also includes plain text etc.

Hi David.J.K.,

I'd try starting Firefox in Use Troubleshoot Mode in Firefox. If you don't have the issue while all of your add-ons, extensions, and themes are disabled, you can try adding them back in one by one until you find the culprit. You should look at the Extensions and Themes troubleshooting guide and the Troubleshoot issues with plugins like Flash or Java to fix common Firefox problems article as well.

You should also read through Clipboard not working and http://kb.mozillazine.org/Clipboard_not_working article.

Finally, your issue may be because you've been hit with some Malware.
