suddenly firefox lost my iGoogle page, won't open my email, and other web pages look weird. I uninstalled and reinstalled--no good!

The first time it happened, I reinstalled and it was fine for a week, then the same thing happened. Now when I try to uninstall and reinstall it's the same problem--no igoogle page, no email, web pages are not showing photos or just look weird, and the blog interface I use won't work at all.

I tried to delete the file folders but the computer wouldn't allow me to do that either. I have Macafee antivirus, not norton

I tried both suggestions. I'm not sure which did the trick, but it is working fine now. Thanks so much!!!!! I'm a professional writer, don't like IE or Chrome, so sad without my Firefox!!! Thanks again!
