did you do the obvious things
- Make sure JavaScript is enabled
- Accepting cookies at the very least from google.com
- and not deleting cookies for Google.com

further clarification...the pop-up indicating 3rd party cookies came about after I used Downloadhelper to grab a youtube video...since then the youtube videos on my wiki don't work inside Firefox...
