That message refers to an Enterprise Policy, which often is injected by your security software. If you run Linux Mint, it could be a block on Firefox self-updating in favor of your package manager doing it. To learn more about what is going on:

If that message is a link, click it (or manually paste about:policies in the address bar and press Enter to load it). What policy/policies is/are listed on the "Active" panel?

URGENT

Some of your Firefox add-ons are going to stop working Thursday, like OneTab. It is critical that you update Firefox now. If your distro does not have an update available, this might indicate that your OS also needs updated.
