DOWNLOAD HELPER
I have the same problems as several others. Bought a new computer and cant get download helper to pin to pin to the toolbar. Have tried hitting the puzzle piece and finding the tab after that for extensions but still cant find how to pin it as it does not give me that option.

Contact their support on using and installing their software.
People can still try and get help with Extensions here as not all Extension authors can really provide direct support as you think.
