Unlink app (like Tapatalk) from Firefox
Hi, dunno if I added to Tapatalk XDA forum (browser got permission) or it is standard behaviour (with checked in options "opening links in applications").
So I got Boost for Reddit and Tapatalk for forums and I want to open links from browser to Boost but not from browsing XDA to Tapatalk (when adding XDA to Tapatalk got error like (get_config). Simply cant add (or delete) XDA to Tapatalk, now it opens some link in Tapatalk = home screen in Tapatalk.
Where can I choose applications (like Boost or Tapatalk) behaviour to be on/off in browser. I took a peek in about:config, but didnt saw nothing.
And also padlock icon in Nightly revisions dont work.

Hi
I am sorry, but I do not understand what you mean.
Are these shortcuts that you have added to the Android home screen?
With unmarked option "open links in applications" you got regular page in Firefox, for Reddit. With marked option, link is opening in Boost (Reddit client), for Reddit. Is there some setting to choose behind. There are many Reddit clients.
For now XDA has disabled Tapatalk forum (got blank page), they have now their own client. Where to look for edit, like Reddit got many clients. I want to disable XDA links (not popping in Tapatalk).
No shortcuts.
Yes, if you deselect that option in Settings, Firefox for Android will not open links in other apps.
Well, it looks that in overnight Nightly got patched. When clicking XDA link now u got option to choose from Tapatalk or Firefox. Padlock icon also got fixed.
So when i choose Firefox to always open link - where I can edit that option?
If you open the Android Settings app and search for Default apps, you should see an option Opening links where you can set this preference.
