Hi! I recently deleted the mails registered on the hosting account. the clients for whom I had configured emails in thunderbird no longer had access to their emails.

I would guess you should be using pop and not IMAP, as IMAP is based around server side synchronization. But it might not fit your needs, more server side mail storage may be what is needed.

Thank you for your answer. it's IMAP. I copied the profile in the thunderbird folder of another machine, but the emails do not appear in the inbox. yet when you do a search, you find the emails. but we can't open or archive.
