Hi, Firefox ios did not block the dirty ads that were visible when i was accessing the url through linuxtoday.com

https://mobile.linuxtoday.com/infrastructure/this-is-why-leading-linux-distros-going-to-remove-chromium-from-their-official-repositories-210122003507.html

if you go complete story link https://asktogrow.com/linux/this-is-why-leading-linux-distros-going-to-remove-chromium-from-their-official-repositories/

it shows up with filthy ads... (almost porn)

i was expecting firefox to 'Block hook up ads/ porn. Also, i wish firefox add-ons enabled on firefox ios as well. i understand the technical limitation.

could you please add these in your future releases? or child safe option?

thanks

I'm sorry, but some stubborn ads can't be blocked by Firefox. Maybe you can turn on "reading mode" to solve this problem. We can't add additional components to Firefox for IOS for the time being, because Apple LNC, the developer of IOS, doesn't allow us to do so. We tried to communicate with them, but we found that communication didn't seem to work because they didn't allow all third-party developers to do so. Including themselves. I'm very sorry.
