You probably have seen the article on this: Clear browsing history in Firefox for iOS.

If you tap the menu button, Settings, Data Management, and set the switches so only cache and cookies are turned on, then tap Clear Private Data at the bottom (you might need to scroll), Firefox for iOS should pop up a warning dialog with OK and Cancel buttons.
