I have a lot of cards that I need to print out a specific size and want to automate the action. Is there a way to save the print margins and also the custom print sizes in Firefox?

That is dependent on the printer/driver/software you installed to determine the print options. And if you use Windows 10 it saves the last printed options unless you manually switch those options.
