Firefox Sync should make certain its not duplicating logins, why doesn't it?

This is all I have on Sync :

I'm never sure which login I used last time so I end up saving it to the wrong login, because it always asks me every time I login or change things. I feel this should be a feature. Firefox should make certain that the same account login isn't being duplicated inside Sync.

Maybe you can explain more what you're trying to do. Your title asks about Sync, but your question seems to be about a Password Manager.
