I went into history looked under last month. Some visits had the fb symball or other website icons and others had N empty dotted square - and they were visiting fb. What does that mean????

So some have facebook icon fb and others have.the.empty square. So with the.empty square symbol still means they actually clicked on a certain page?? Can u find out dates on the history ?
