I found out that my 2 desktops have the same Firefox windows.

When I opened Firefox, I found a duplicate window on my other desktop on my Mac. I tried to delete the duplicate but it ended up deleting both. Funny thing is that whenever I type something on the first one, the second one also follows it. How could I get rid of it?

Sounds like one computer is watch-dogging the other. ./Has someone installed a key press spy program?

I don't think so. I only remembered that I deleted the plist folder on the Firefox v13.0.1. I couldn't find the toolbar at the top and I followed the instructions in this website. I searched my problem and it told me about safe mode. Does that have any affect on the cloned screen?

I was talking about malware / spyware / or a virus. Run a virus scan on both.

I scanned it. There isn't any virus.

Sorry, do you mean two monitors connected to the same Mac, or two different Macs?

2 monitors connected to the same Mac.

I hope a volunteer more familiar with Mac can join in. I barely understand extended vs. mirror monitors on Windows...

I mean 2 screens/desktops in my Mac.
