Recently, my Firefox (v11 on win7 64bit) freezes/crashes when trying download a file. I try to clear list on downloads windows but I cannot because when I opened downloads windows... Firefox will freeze suddenly.

Try to delete the downloads.sqlite file in the Firefox Profile Folder
