I can't play CityVille on Firefox anymore. I have to go to IE to get CV. why?

I've used Firefox for 2yrs and love it. I downloaded Norton yesterday and went to FB to play CV and the game would not load. After calling Norton, they downloaded IE as my browser and CV loaded. I DO NOT WANT IE as my browser. I restored it and nothing happens. It wont load with Firefox

Hi lamor4ever,

Have you looked at the Knowledge Base article Fix problems with Facebook games, chat and more? There is a lot of good troubleshooting information in there. Please be sure to try all of the suggested steps. Each one is valuable and may be the answer to your issue.

I'm going to check the Knowledge Base, but I still don't understand why this is happening. I started FB with MozillaFirefox and never had a problem. Now I get FB fine but cant play my game.
