when I go to print it downloads and when I go to open it I can't get the document

I cannot print certain documents. When I hit print it first makes me save it to my computer then it goes to a download screen where it lists all the documents. When I click on the document I want to print and right click open it won't pull up the document.

Is Print to File selected?

yes I have tried print to file and print to save. Neither work

You don't want Print to File selected.

Is your hardware (physical) printer selected, or a virtual printer like XPS or the Windows Picture and Fax Viewer selected?

If you want it printed to paper you need to have a "real" printer selected.

yes my printer is selected and it prints from all programs and a few foxfire web pages
