I can't download Firefox 5.0.1 on my Mac laptops (running Snow Leopard). How to fix? cheshirej@aol.com

When the update window pops up, the download status bar remains a constant spinning barber pole, even if I leave the window open for an hour or more. One computer is a MacBook and one is a MacBook Pro.

You could get the next version manually. Download the new version you want and install it yourself.
