I upgraded from 3.6 to 4.0 and in the old version the back arrow forward arrow and home buttons were colored not grey. Can I change the color?

You can install a theme, for example the Firefox 3 theme for Firefox 4 - https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/firefox-3-theme-for-firefox
