I have lost sound on Firefox and Internet Explorer also on embedded game on XP. Sound works Ok on CDs etc.

Using Firefox ver 3.6.11 and have tried downloading latest version of Flash as recommended but still no sound on browsers or alert beeps on Thunderbird.

Clear the Flash cookies and settings.
