i un-installed 3.5.3 to install 3.6.8 but now double clicking any of the files [3.5.3 / 3.6.8] doesn't start installation.

I had Firefox 3.5.3 and un-installed it, while downloading 3.6.8

But after uninstalling I clicked the 3.6.8 installation file, nothing happens.

I click the old 3.5.3 installation file, nothing happenes either.

I restarted, and tried again - but same.

What to do?

I use Windows XP by the way.
