Any download takes 2-15 when it should only take 2-5 minutes

Ok well I have internet explorer and CenturyLink.Its supposed to be High Speed but its really not. But back to my question. Why are my downloads taking so long? Even Firefox is taking 2 hrs.

You may have gone over your download limit which means you will have to wait till next month till it resets!!
