rentitnow@mail.com was able to be accessed thru Thunderball. BrianKrantz@mail.com says wrong credentials. I know for sure the credentials are correct. They use the identical port. What can be done?

Those are paid-for accounts, so you may get the exact specs from mail.com. Other than that I suggest you post error message you receive, plus server settings pane for both. Thank you .
