Password manager keeps changing a website address

I have an unusual problem. Password manager keeps dropping the last 4 letters of a website. It is a login portal for specific court case ao it must be correct. The address it keeps going to is not the correct portal. the correct address is "https://www.secure-portal.com.au/tca" but as soon as I press save it changes to "https://www.secure-portal.com.au" completely different place and I cannot login from here. Does anyone have any ideas ??

Credentials are only only saved for the whole host (not the individual paths).

So having one available for example.tld should offer to fill it for you when you access example.tld/anything — if you ignore the office365 login page on the root you demonstrated above and use just the path you intended to, aren't the correct credentials offered there for you?
