Can't create second mailaccount
I'm running Thunderbird with one account without problems. When I try to add a second account I get as far as entering name and e-mail. After this, a cirkle starts spinning and never ends.
Chosen solution
If you are using the account hub, go into Thunderbird settings (not account settings), general, turn it off, and try again to set up your account.
