hello all ; well as the title said all my sync data lost what happened ? : The PC start crashing so i have to do win reset and the sync data was activated all time on Firefox after the reset done and reinstall Firefox and other staff and connect my account and try to sync data i cant find my bookmarks please any solution

Thank you for your question about the Firefox Sync service.

It appears from your question, that you are using Firefox Sync as a back up service. This is not what Sync is designed to do. The Firefox Sync service takes a copy of the data you wish to include and transfers it to a second device (typically a mobile device such as a tablet or a telephone) running a copy of Firefox. The storage in between all attached devices is both temporary and fragile and is not stable enough to be (and is not designed as) a reliable backup service.

If you have a copy of your Firefox profile for desktop Firefox, you may be able to recover your bookmarks and other data. Please have a read of this article.

If you have a copy of your data on a mobile version of Firefox, please follow these instructions to connect it to Firefox Sync to copy your data.

thank you for reply well that's right i use Firefox sync as back up for my bookmarks since its save me from lost my important website and resources that i collected from years ago . when problems happened i forced to format or lost hard drive

and sadly i don't connect it to my phone since i don't use it to much .

so is there any way to get my precious data back ? or just give up ?

another question if i try any recovery app is there any possibility to get my data back and which type extension profile that contain book marks has ?

and sorry for my bad english
