how do I unlock my Galaxy Tab e from the FBI Ransom virus?

My Galaxy Tab e is currently locked I turned it on and off or change it to and it keeps coming back on. It won't let me do anything else it's been locked for 2 days now I don't know how to undo it not that computer savvy, can do the basics. Is there anything in the future I can do to avoid this? And what are the steps can I make to avoid this from happening again or on my other devices. Thank you for any help appreciate
