How do I get the email addressed to stop the bold dropdown list?
When I start typing an email address, I instantly get a drop down list of suggestions with the letters typed in BOLD. This is annoying and makes it hard to read the suggestions. How do I stop this? Is there a department at Mozilla that reviews TBird and FF for accommodations for disabled? FF has ADA violations.

it is necessary to bold the selections as the match can be anywhere in the address. The decision was made following a very high level of complaints that the matches were not relevant. But regardless there is no option to turn it off that I am aware of.
As far as your ADA goes, I am an Australian. I think Thunderbird is exempt. As a community project with less that 15 employees. That does not preclude the filing of bugs asking for change. https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/
Mozilla may fall under a different umbrella and if you concerns are regarding Firefox you might want to raise them in the Firefox forums. But I will link to information is about Firefox accessibility, lots of the features have to be turned on to work;
TBird worked great just a few versions back. The bold does not change the search results. It just makes them near impossible to read. That BOLD sucks. Mozilla, as a public accommodation, is bound by ADA and WCAG 2.1. The change to an ICON without text toolbar violates WCAG 2.1.
I do not know why you keep bring up Mozilla. Mozilla turned Thunderbird over to the Thunderbird Council over 4 years ago.
