junk folder

I keep taking Amazon emails out the junk folder (even using cap J) and moving to my private folder but 5-10 mins later its back in the junk folder also I keep telling thunderbirds its not junk but whatever I do it goes in to the junk folder my email is Hotmail, but I prefer local emails rather than via internet all the time

I did all that and still Amazon emails go to junk I even marked my hotmail account online to not add to junk but it still does I just can't seem to stop this, even added all to address list It just seems to dislike Amazon
