Can't send email. Outgoing server times out or will not connect.
Can receive messages fine but cannot reply or send. Following instructions on outgoing server settings did not help.

Who is the mail provider?
Consolidated Communications Inc. (surewest.net)
email scanning is not on.
Also tried removing passwords. Did not help.
Now I can't receive messages either. Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Thunderbird. If I can't get this back up today I am switching to another email client.
I've checked the website for consolidated communications and I'm getting 'Problem loading page' error, so maybe there is an issue with Consolidated Communications / surewest.net

Your issue may actually be the server.
