I think you probably need the Flash plugin. You can install it from the following page, making sure to uncheck any unwanted extras:

By the way, I don't know whether you use Adobe Reader or Adobe Acrobat, but either way, it looks as though you may need to update it. Inside the product, use the Help menu to Check for Updates.
