Where does Thunderbird fit in? Are you using it on the laptop?

It operates through outlook. I was getting emails in this morning, but now will not receive. when i send from another account to my thunderbird email: julia@maisoncalgary.com i get message that: delivery failure, receipient not found.

Let's look at facts. There is no such thing as a Thunderbird account. Thunderbird does not run on iPhone so that is not a Thunderbird issue. You try to send yourself a message and your provider says your email account does not exist. I think you need to contact your email provider.
