I keep receiving email messages from different senders that all have lots of "A"'s

My messages I receive always seem to have random letter "A" at the end of sentences and sometimes has 2 "A"'s with a ~ above them. A message I received today has  above the senders name. When I reply they ask me why I included all the A's. I hope there is a fix for this. Thanks
