We have a site that intermitently crashes the browser. I have been unable to pin down the crash since it crashes at odd times. The report id is bp-9f8266c2-7c0e-438d-bf6e-ebfd02150304. I am unable to see the report since it is a students login that reports the crash.

hello, is this a pc in a managed environment? these crashes are caused by the library nlsp.dll, which appears to be part of external software from NetOp. you may want to contact netop's support as well to see if they have a software update available that could address this issue.
