Firefox is frozen my small box that pops everytime I start it. Have reinstalled, restarted computer several times. Same box comes up nothing to click on.
When I start Firefox a small box pops up that I can't click out of, It has not words, just a grey rectangle in the middle and a ? below. I have to go to my control panel and stop running in it. I have uninstalled than reinstalled the program twice. This all started when I said yes to an AOL version upgrade--huge mistake. Obnoxious.

Can get a screenshot of that "grey rectangle in the middle and a ? below" and post it here?

It is best to use a compressed image type like PNG or JPG to save the screenshot and make sure that you do not exceed a maximum file size of 1 MB.
Then use the Browse .... button below the Post a Reply text box to upload the screenshot.
