I have a whole mountain of Mozilla/Firefox URLs blocked in Pihole. Unfortunately, that is apparently necessary to protect my privacy and not have to install forced updates every day or two with a mandatory restart of my browser included.

To my great surprise, I see that the last 2 updates just came through. The first one I can understand becuase I had Pihole open for test_purposes. But that is closed and this morning I got another one. Has the update_procedure changed? Are the IPs hardcoded or is DOH being used to get past my firewall?

If so, I need the ip addresses because I don't have the time to go put a Wireshark on it. Unfortunately then Mozilla will also show up in pfSense also. Or I choose a completely different option to say goodbye to Firefox after al those decades. Because I'm totally done with having to invest a lot of work because my browser can't behave.

Please help because I can't find it within an hour search.

I've been trying to solve this issue for the past several months with no avail. I tried configuring some settings via about:config with:

gfx.webrender.compositor - false widget.windows.window_occlusion_tracking.enabled - false

I also unchecked both "Use hardware acceleration when available" and the "use recommended performance setting".

Essentially, I want to be able to watch movies/videos on sites like Netflix and Hulu. Right now only a black screen shows with the audio playing or the screen is frozen in one scene and the audio continues playing.

Does anyone know what else I can do to solve this problem?

Several we page won't load saying the page is not secure . Even when I change site blocking to standard setting page still won't load. Ms Edge load all the web site that this browser does not load.

I have a Netgear ReadyNAS RN214 and I can no longer access the admin login of this device. Other browsers can access it. It's accessed via http://IP/admin/. Changing it to https://IP/admin doesn't work either. Seems like this started after firefox updated beyond V135.0.1 as I have a PC still using the old version and it works.

Either way that I enter the address Firefox does nothing just sits there showing the busy icon on the tab. No error message or code. Sure would be nice to get a little hint about why it can't load the page.

CONSTANTLY getting error messages saying:

What is the problem with Firefox? Is it s dangerous un-secure webpage now? Can Firefox still be trusted?

Last two days rirefox has been continously freezing on my laptop it has been recently updated I'm using Ubuntu 24.04.2 LTS on a Dell Latitude 7370 with an Intel m7-6y7s x 4 16.0 GB ram firmware version 1.15.3 Linux 6.11.0-19-generac kernel version. I did not catch Firefox up date

On my company's Outlook (365), when I start a new email the font on the first line *says* that it's Calibri - like I set in my email settings - but it appears to be an entirely different font. Also in Outlook, when I type 1st it changes the '1' and the 's' to superscript, makes the 't' regular sized, and will not allow me to place a space after the 't'. I have to hit 'enter', then space, then continue typing and then go back and remove the 'enter'.

In OneDrive, I'll open it from the 9 dots at the top left of Outlook and OneDrive will load. However, a moment later it often asks me to 'sign in', even though I've clearly been signed in for some time. Sometimes I can bypass it, but often the page won't work right until I click the 'sign in' pop-up. Then, it disappears, refreshes the page and it works fine; without me actually signing in.

I bring these two issues up at the same time, because they began at the same time. I believe it started in January or early February, if that helps. I waited to seek help, expecting it could have been caused by a recent update that would be corrected later. I recently saw that Firefox released an update and my browser auto-updated, but the issues persist.

I've reached out to Microsoft for support on this and we found the issues only occurred in Firefox, so I'm here to ask for some help, please.

I don't know when it began but on 136.0.3, I'm experiencing choppy playback of 4k/24fps video. 60fps works fine, as do lower resolutions of 24fps content. I confirmed that YT is using the VP09 for playback.

There are site links that won't open or work in Foxfire but will in Chrome, using Windows 10

Sometimes the site will give me an error sometimes they don't. One recent try said "captcha failed" but there was no visible captcha to act on.

This seems to only happen on a "submit" link.

Are there any settings in Firefox that would fix this? I prefer using Firefox over Chrome.

We have been using firefox as our default browser for over Ten years. We have several internal web pages created with google sites, with simple google sheets containers that have been working fine in that period. As of two days ago, the pages started displaying incorrectly in firefox as shown in attachments. Have tried disabling trackers and extensions and emptied cache as well as making sure firefox is fully up to date. This is happening on multiple terminals at several locations. Safari and chrome browsers work fine. Any troubleshooting help appreciated or if this is a known bug?

I had 128.7 esr installed and was getting crashes and upgraded to 128.8 esr and it was worse. Down graded to 128.0 esr and it seems to be working just fine so I will not be doing any further upgrades.

Hi there folks,

recaptcha pop up window does not appear even though I know its there (in comparison to chrome). The result is that the main window may be slightly greyed out or look normal but I cannot move on in the dialogue (for example when I have completed a form and want to submit).

Very frustrating because: 1. I have to move over to chrome where there are no such issues 2. I am increasingly having to default to chrome which I don't want to do

This Morning when I tried to login as normal Firefox cam up with a crash report, so I restarted my Windows 10 think this would send the report but it came up again, and every time I tried to start, and every time I try to sign in it say can't sign in due to unknown Error, and I can't get into my emails, so I will not be able to see your replies until you have fixed the problem, Please help me ASAP.

I have a new macbook air running Sequoia 15.3.2, firefox is up to date, my battery which should technically last about 12 hours and I only get 5. Ran through everything with Apple and they said it is a Firefox issues. I don't have any extensions, add on etc. Thoughts?

Hi! Someday it's occured that i cant make a right click to Firefox on a Windows start panel - when i use right click the windows just... disappeares. What can i do to solve this problem? Check the screens The correct work of right click on the panel is shown on the screen "correct work" It works with all the apps, but a month ago i noticed that when i make a right click on Firefox on my start panel nothing happens, it just disapeares.
