When following a link from a news website I keep getting this message - Secure Connection Failed - The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified. It loads on my iPhone and other browsers using the same link. What setting do I need to address to get this to stop?

System Windows 11 - Firefox 151.0.3 All normal actions from mouse right click have disappeared eg open link in new tab or private window, copy, paste etc etc. The Settings General - Tabs has not changed and previously worked rt click ok. Any help to restore the rt click function will be appreciated.

I recently installed firefox on my Windows 10 laptop, but i cant pin it to the taskbar via right click (this bug wont go away no matter what i do) and also cant open the start menu (also wont go away). I also tried to pin it directly via the exe, but for some reason, it opens another version of firefox, almost as if it was in another acount was logged in (i only have 1 account in firefox).

I use eBird extensively. When I try to play the audio (with sonograms), I get a message that says "We are still processing this file. Try again later". These files perform well on my Android phone, so I know it it is not eBird's glitch. I am confused about the setting options on Firefox that I need to set. These files are usually .wav format. I have tried to open a ticket with eBird, but have not had a response. Can you guide me? Thanks.

I really can't add to my Summary other than it's a fairly recent issue, started in May 2026, possible April. About.config is set to False. I hope some has a solution - it happens when I'm dealing with live incidents.

I had to reload firefox after getting xpcom error messages, now i can't work out how to restore my passwords,bookmarks etc from my sync profile that i set up months before.

recently for no apparent reason, Firefox is having extreme difficulty loading sites, with the spinning wheel going on for minutes at a time. It seems to happen with any website, but not with other browers. I have checked for malware with 3 different programs, and disabled the vpn. Other suggestions online seem to be 'for experienced users only', which does not include me. What should I do. Do I need to delete and reinstall Firefox? thanks.

I have been using this wonderful browser since 2012, and it has been my default browser ever since. Recently, I've been facing an issue where I can't upload images, audio files, videos, or any other attachments on WhatsApp Web through this browser. To verify the problem, I tested WhatsApp on a different browser, and everything worked perfectly there.

I would appreciate your advice on how to resolve this issue. Please guide me on what steps I can take to fix the browser and restore normal functionality.

Greetings and Good evening Windows was reset on 03/06/2026 due to problem. Option chosen was removal of Apps only No data was removed When Mozila was opened on 03/06/2026,It had all data since 2021. It was already registered with himanshukotecha8@gmail.com. Still history and bookmarks from 2021 were not restored. On 02/06/2026,0ne drive back up was also initiated. Please guide me as how to restore this.

I just installed Firefox on my PC haven't had it on this computer since reinstalling windows - I imported my bookmarks and passwords from Edge, thinking it would be a seamless transition, since I used Firefox in the past without much trouble.

Two weeks on, about 95% of every page I open gives an error similar to the one below, and I have to shift+refresh several times to get it to reload before it goes away, (some sites still don't open).

I wonder how common this issue is, and how people fixed it?

I have selected the 4 rows for shortcuts on my tab and have installed all but the last 3 spaces in the end of the 4th row. There's no option whatsoever to continue to add those remaining 3 spaces. Any suggestions?

I have dark reader installed, it makes every website dark mode quite efficiently.

However, it cannot make *.mozilla.org dark because those are restricted pages that addons cannot modify.

Even though I have enabled "restricted pages" in dark mode, it does not work.
