I can no longer sign in to Last Pass on Firefox but can sign in on Chrome. I've been a loyal Firefox user for years. I don't want to switch to another browser. How can I fix this?

Wireless cursor just gone after this last update. Changed the battery and all the usual tap, blow on it, no luck. Purchased a new mouse from amazon and no improvement. I found an article to fix this but cannot find what they refer to or understand the names used. I am just there saying, the what? go were?

There is a lot of sites I visit that I no longer have access to regardless they are HTTPS Makes no sense I'm old enough to know what I can and can't watch Now there is a site I want to use for making money and I am blocked from going to it for no reason I used to love to use Firefox as my preferred browser but it's pushing too far now

Printing a pdf feature cannot scale up. Independently from the choice of file or printer, printing at a scale more than 100% does not change anything. Unfortunately this extends to the "Fit to page width" option - attempting to print a document with pages smaller than paper size produces an unscaled, small document on a part of the page.

Hi, I had the idea to try Opera browser as I saw various videos about it. Firefox does slow me down at times even though it's what I have used for years.

Soon after, I defaulted back to using Firefox but the settings must have gotten changed. Everytime I wish to log in to any site, I have to type in my email again. The passwords usually are the old ones that show up.

With Amazon for instance. I must sign in and verify with codes sent to my mobile few times a day. I have searched for help online and gone through the cookies and history and privacy settings, turn this on or that off, don't do this and don't do that. Despite all that, the sites don't remember my email logins. If I go from voucher code to another site, it doesn't remember my credentials, so I don't get the deal or voucher. Amazon on my mobile works perfect but on my laptop, it's just a nightmare to have to sign in and verify each time. Outlook refuses to recognize my password most times and so it goes on.

If I cannot fix this asap, I will then have to remove Firefox as a browser altogether and find anything else that works! Please advise. Last time I reached out to Firefox, I never heard back! Fingers Crossed x

Hello, Sorry to disturb but its been two days and I am unable to access my Google accounts (work and private) through Firefox in anyway. I have done all the basic fixes I can think of but with no success. I have deleted caches, checked plug ins, rebooted Firefox went through the trouble shooting mode, followed advice in the community forum, tried logging in from Google linked accounts. Spoke to our internal IT support at work but nothing has solved the issue as yet, spoke to Google support.

My assumption is that it has to be the browser as I am able to log into google with another browser but Firefox is my preferred browser and would like to use it again as such.

Please advise.

I use FF on a 2012 PC running Windows10. I was going to replace the computer, but a tech shop nearby has recommended (without seeing my computer) updating the hardware within. I have a lot of passwords stored in FF, and I should like some advice regarding protecting privacy by saving them and reusing them on the refurbished computer. Any other comments about refurbishing as opposed to replacing would be welcome.

I have a problem with my primary email. I cannot send out or receive. I'm working with my provider but no resolution as of yet. They did check my settings at the provider level but said everything looks good. I've thoroughly checked and rechecked all my email settings and am unable to see a problem. I'm thinking that since I am not signed into my browser (Mozilla Firefox) with it telling m my account is disconnected that I need to Sync my account, but I cannot do that. So, I have been trying to Sync my Mozilla account but being I have a problem with email I am unable to receive your email code to completely sign into my Mozilla account. What I am wanting to do is to sign into my account and add a secondary email address so to receive your sign in code so that I am able to finish syncing my account. I am lost to know what to do from here! You will be unable to reply to me using my regular primary email address because as I say, I cannot send or receive, so how can you even help me? Please help me some how! I'm sure you have my phone number being I would think it's on my account. Can you phone me? Hopefully! Not sure whether I should put a phone number or the added secondary email address in here so you can add it for me. I can't sign into Mozilla to do anything. I went through my Google account to get this far so to hopefully send this to you. Your help would surely be appreciated! question, if 128.3.1esr.exe is supposed to be good until mar25, why is it telling me i need win 10 when i try loading? i'm trying to stay as far away from windows as i possibly can, but unfortunately i had to reload win7 because the downloads i need for linux are being difficult with only 3 months of experience. i don't need your security, or what microsoft pretends is security. i have no intention of relying on windows, i just need to be able to download the programs to create bootable os's for my crypto miners, those are debian based. because from what i've learned so far, i just like linux better.

Hello, I have just reinstalled Windows on my PC and when I logged into my Firefox account, none of the data I had synced up. I lost all my bookmarks, accounts, logins, etc. Is there any way to get them back?

Recently, even on Ubuntu, but after that on arch, my browser tabs started to fall. Only the browser fell on Ubuntu at once, but everything falls on arch: both tabs and the browser itself. Please help me figure this out.

I have difficulty with a number of sites when trying to login. An example - yesterday I was unable to login to my account on STARZ immediately after changing my password. I switched to Chrome and I was able to complete the process. On STARZ it just acted like I had not entered my username and password. On vistana.com, when I initially put in the URL, I see a message box flash, then I get a blank window. Again, it works fine with Chrome.

Ideas? Ways to track what is going on? Any ideas appreciated! I would like to continue using Firefox, but it is very frustrating to have these login issues.

Hi, Thank you for your help My two devices are connected and recognize each other. The bookmark sync works somehow but seems frozen 6 months ago. The new macos : 13.1 with firefox 131 The old mac os :10.11 and firefox 78 I don't understand and can't sort it out.

Ever since the last update my gmail accounts will not show the body of the email for any emails received after the update. The older emails all show up perfectly, just the ones received since the update. All I see id ...

I am having problems signs in to Mozilla Firefox with my password. How do you reset my password? I cannot get in my accounts without sign in to Firefox.
