firefox stopps responding and freezes up my entire mac. macbook pro is 12.7.2 Monterey dual boot with windows. Only having issues on mac partition. firefox says its up to date. 128.13.0esr .

Crashes on gitlab search

Everytime I'm using omnisearch from gitlab ("/" key) tab crashes which lead to forcing firefox to restart. I tried to troubleshoot by going to about:profiling, it appear… (pročitajte više)

Everytime I'm using omnisearch from gitlab ("/" key) tab crashes which lead to forcing firefox to restart.

I tried to troubleshoot by going to about:profiling, it appears that tab goes 100% cpu.

What I tried :

  • new profile
  • Refresh firefox
  • no addons mode
  • reinstalling
  • Trying with firefox beta 142.0

Doing this on Firefox 141.0 (aarch64) on a Macbook M2 pro sequoia 15.6
