This is in response to an email sent to me today June 27, 2026, with authorization code (111081). I just purchased a new PC desktop in May of this year. The problem I'm having with Firefox web browser is every time I use your browser the statement comes across the top of the page that windows browsers are no longer supporting (windows 10). My computer is a (windows 11), and there are other websites that I go to that are blocking me from using their site because it. Additionally, I am trying to setup a new email system via Proton email, which use VPN's that actually appear that someone else signing in from another location in order to keep their users safer. Also, I'm dealing with Comcast email system which they are in the process of deleting their (@comcast.net) accounts. I spoke the company that I purchased my computer from and they told me that I would need to get in touch with Firefox to get the windows 10 information off your website. I have copied the info for my computer below. I deleted my serial number because I didn't think you needed that. I actually spoke about having windows 11 in my last response to you all. I've been using "tab groups" for a while but then suddenly my tabs' groups that I just had saved just disappeared, when I had a lot of them of my pending activities. I don't know why it happens, please help me to figure that out cause I had a lot of information that I didn't save on bookmarks. Like I just showed in the uploaded image, I just could restore 1 group tabs because my firefox and laptop turned off and I had that group open before it turned off, so firefox notified me that there was an error and I cannot have all my information again, but at least let me restore my last session, that why I could recover One TAB GROUP

I use a program called Ultimate Guitar Tabs. It is fantastic for finding chord sheets for playing guitar songs and being able to download them as a PDF file with the lyrics and chords shown. Unfortunately I have tried doing this simple press of a button save as PDF in Firefox and all I get is a colored screen either blue purple red etc and no PDF. I have tried the exact same thing in Google Chrome and it does it flawlessly. I don't want to use Google if I don't have to, but at this stage I have to and would be pleased if Firefox could address this problem and make life easy again. I updated Firefox today and everything seems ok except for this PDF problem. I imagine their will be other people affected by this and it may not seem like a big deal but Ultimate Guitar Tabs is the industry standard for teaching people how to play songs on guitar and is used by most muso's world wide to teach students how to play specific songs. Please note It affects both Linux Mint (My main system) and windows 11 (My Laptop). If Google chrome can do it on both Linux & Windows 11 I am sure you should be able to address this problem.

Please advise asap if you need more info etc.

(Note: this issue is probably the same issue as reported in 1439701 - Mouseover link tooltip url persistent through click and page load. While that user marked that issue as solved, their "resolution" makes fairly clear that the issue was never really solved.)

When hovering over a link, Firefox will typically show a tooltip at the bottom left with the link's address. Typically, this tooltip disappears when the mouse is no longer hovering over the link (whether because you moved the mouse or clicked the link). However, in some circumstances, the tooltip doesn't disappear when it should. Here's an example of how to reproduce the issue:

1. Go to YouTube 2. Search for anything. 3. Choose a result, and click on the thumbnail. (NOT on the title.)

Expected result: the tooltip showing the URL of the video disappears since the video is loading and the link you clicked no longer exists on the page.

Actual result: the tooltip persists. Once you hover over any other link on the page, behavior will return to normal.

Although I am using the latest firefox update and have cleared all firefox data and cookies it can take up to 30 minutes for facebook and instagram to load. When I switch to Google Chrome both facebook and instagram load instantly. What might be causing this? Thank you.

For the last week or so, while Firefox is open, it shows the account being disconnected. I have FF V 152.0.1, and this behavior becomes a nuisance as I have to log in every time I want to use the application. I tried to clean all the data and reinstall the application, but the issue is persistent. I would appreciate advice on how to correct it.

Firefox recently had an update, and now when I am uploading files, I can't double click to upload selected files. I have to first select the file, and then click the open button.

Before the latest Firefox update, I could simply double click on files to upload. This workflow was much faster.

If I go to about:config, and search for: widget.use-xdg-desktop-portal.file-picker, I can change the value from 0 to 2, and then I can upload files by double clicking. However, then Firefox forgets my last upload location, and always opens in the home folder.

If I set it back to 0, it remembers my last upload location, but I can't double click to open files.

My current Firefox version is 152.0.1. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I can't access the QVC website. I get an error message below. They tell my my browser which is Firefox is blocking me. How can I correct this. I could access it just fine in May and the beginning of June then it stopped.

Quick Dial has been working fine but as of yesterday I went to delete a link I no longer use and it doesn't work. Right click on the link but no way to delete or edit links. Only just happened. Still on Windows 10, about to rebuild with new graphics card and updating to Windows 11 (and Winhance).

Hello everyone, I tried to open Firefox but it just didn't open. Nothing happens when I click on my desktop icon. Tried as administrator, nothing. Tried refreshing, nothing. Reinstalling, nothing. The closest I got was after reinstalling but I still can't open any website or setting inside of the browser. Tried flushing the dns and also nothing. Pretty much out of ideas so if anyone has some advice it would be great, I'm running a HP laptop with Windows 10. Thanks in advance. Cheers.

It appears that popup windows are blocked, stopping this SCORM package from playing. Please check your browser settings before trying again. Guidance on how to do this can be found here.

Hi, a while ago something changed in my Firefox where when browsing and refreshing a page it now returns to the top of the page. It always use to refresh to the same place on the page so i didn't need to scroll to get back to where i was. Does anyone know how to fix this? Any help greatly appreciated. Thanks
