How do I ensure that archived messages go onto my local computer and are removed from my e-mail account on the cloud? (I use CPANEL with a strict limit on space.)

Hello Mozilla Firefox Team,

I would like to request that Firefox include the Somali language for website translation.

I choose Firefox because I have been told it is more secure, but currently, it does not support Somali. This makes it difficult for me to read news and websites in my native language.

Adding Somali support would provide a better user experience for Somali speakers and improve access to online information. It would also encourage me and others to continue using Firefox as our preferred browser.

For 3 days now I have been unable to connect thunderbird to microsoft outlook. I have all the latest settings checked online with microsoft and it keeps failing... any suggestions on how to overcome this? Thanks

My Thunderbird inbox stopped accepting messages with a message 'Unable to write the email to the mailbox. Make sure the file system allows you write privileges, and you have enough disk space to copy the mailbox.' I 'repaired' the folder but all my junk messages suddenly reappeared in my inbox (a lot of them!). Tools didn;t work (wanted to re-apply junk filter). Went into safe mode - no difference. Now can't get any tools to work on the inbox folder. Not sure what to try next. Help much appreciated.

All searches get blocked by reCaptcha, quoted as being caused by 'unusual activity on the network' After going through the "I'm Not A Robot" process the search is o.k., but this happens for every search. The problem does not exist if I switch to Chrome. How do I fix this?

I am 82 years of age and did not grow up with the Internet. I have a total of only 8 hours of training on a PC. I have no idea how my PC got into 'safe mode' and now all of my extensions are disabled. I do not know how to exit 'safe mode' to allow the extensions to be enabled again. I tried following the instructions as provided, but to no avail.

every time I enter some words for a search the system blocks access with an "I'm Not A Robot" process. while I always get past this it is annoying and has only started happening in the last few days.

The Firefox auto login of a default site feature has become a supreme annoyance. Being insufficiently Firefox savvy to be able to disable this unhelpful feature (in my case). Can someone please help with avoiding or disabling this feature so that the initial site selection is left to the user, other than totally avoiding Firefox which I otherwise find highly functional and enjoyable.

I have 5 windows open in Firefox, yet only 1 of them is visible/accessible on the Windows Taskbar.

I know there are 5 windows open as Troubleshooting Information reports "Multiprocess Windows: 5/5"

Sometimes when I launch Firefox, the other 4 windows will be visible, and this current one will disappear. If I go to Recently Closed Windows and open that window, it will appear, but the other 4 will be hidden again.

Other times, I will launch Firefox and one window will be invisible, and it won't appear unless I close all the other windows, then it will suddenly appear out of nowhere.

At the moment, synchronization and link "about: accounts?action=signin" d'not work on the old device. And it is possible that the device was inadvertently removed from the account, but this was done between 2018 and 2020. And you have updated your mozilla.org account services.

I'm asking you if it's possible to restore deleted devices from a backup? Specifications below.

When I reply to an email using the Android Mobile App, in a thread that was created on the Desktop App, the email reply does not show up in the desktop nor the mobile app threads. It does however, show up in the thread in the Sent folder on both Mobile and Desktop.

It's as if there is no syncing of the thread to the Desktop or Mobile Inbox.

All emails are IMAP

Hi, I have a pinned a website that will not show its icon (it won't when unpinned either).

Using the latest FF, Edge will show an icon. Is there a way to refresh FF and make it refetch the correct icon?

My profile did previously work with news.eternal-september.org, although I very rarely used NNTP. The last active use might have been as long as July or August 2023.

A few days ago I added news.gmane.io, it did not appear in the sidebar.

news.eternal-september.org:

• was originally in the sidebar, and responsive
• is not in the sidebar after removing then re-adding the account.

Can anyone reproduce this issue?

Thunderbird 140.0.1 (64-bit) on Kubuntu 25.10. Neither Flatpak nor Snap; my configured software sources include packages.mozilla.org/apt/ for deb.

/etc/apt/trusted.gpg.d/packages.mozilla.org.asc exists.

The profile was previously used on FreeBSD 15.0-CURRENT, if that's relevant.
